Information we collect

We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and run your tour:

• Your name, and the phone number or email address you contact us from.
• Trip details you share with us: travel dates, hotel or pickup address, group size, flight times and any requests such as child seats.
• The content of your messages with us on WhatsApp, email or social media.
• Basic technical information collected automatically when you visit this website, such as your browser type and the pages you view.

We do not ask for or store passport scans, credit card numbers or other payment card details. Payment is normally settled in cash or by direct transfer at the time of the tour.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry, quote a price and confirm your booking.
• To plan your itinerary and arrange pickup at the right place and time.
• To contact you on the day of the tour, for example if a flight is delayed or the weather changes the plan.
• To keep simple records of past bookings so we can help returning guests.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing lists or automated advertising.

Who we share it with

Your details stay with us unless sharing them is necessary to deliver the tour you booked — for example passing a pickup name and time to a boat operator for Nusa Penida, a trekking guide at Mount Batur, or a partner driver if we arrange a second car for a large group. In those cases we share only the minimum needed. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by Indonesian law.

Messaging and third-party services

Most guests reach us through WhatsApp. Messages you send are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms, and a copy stays on our phone as a record of the booking.

This website also embeds content from other providers, which may set cookies or log your visit under their own policies: Google Maps for our location and tour maps, and YouTube for tour videos. If you prefer not to load them, you can block third-party cookies in your browser.

Photos from your tour

We sometimes take photos and short videos during a tour and share them with you afterwards. We only publish a photo showing you or your family on this website or our social media if you have told us it is fine. If a photo of you is already published and you would like it removed, message us and we will take it down.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into a booking are deleted once the conversation is clearly finished. Booking records are kept for a few years so we can handle returning guests, referrals and any questions about a past trip, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. The simplest way is to message the WhatsApp number below. We will action reasonable requests as soon as we can, unless we need to keep something to comply with the law.

Children

Our tours are family-friendly, and we often receive children's names and ages so we can arrange seats and plan a suitable itinerary. That information is provided by a parent or guardian and used only for the tour.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date above.
